Candice Z is a Philadelphia home designer/real estate investor and an international freelance photographer specializing in interior, architecture, travel and neighborhood photography.

As a child, she was surrounded by creativity and design, growing up between her Mother's beauty salon and her Father renovating their local real estate rentals. She watched her parents intently with their creativity and business sense make things beautiful while giving back to their community. 

Candice is a resource parent for the State's foster care system, a lover of farmer's markets, animals, healthy living, permaculture, travel, nature, natural beauty and spreading love and kindness. 

Candice is currently on a professional photography sabbatical raising her two young children in East Philadelphia.
